I've so far used the citrus juicer, centrifuge juicer, whisk to beat egg whites for a lemon meringue and holondaise sauce, and the graters for grating cheese. All work amazingly well. The only problem I ran into was with trying to juice leafy greens. That seemed to be the only limitation. Carrots, apples, ginger were no problem. This order does not come with the squashing attachment. It's mentioned in the manuals as an additional item you can use. It's used for squashing berries for jams. I have a nice glass blender already, so I don't use the one provided with this. You can leave it off and there is a little cap so it still looks nice even if you don't have the blender attached. This also saves a lot of space. The bottom of the unit has strong little suction cups so it stays very securely in place. The drawer it comes with looks like a big toilet seat to be honest. But convenient for storing. I store it separately as it doesn't seem stable enough under the appliance and looks too big and bulky on the counter. The lids for the mixing bowls (2x) and the centrifuge juicer don't fit in the storage box. On the KitchenAid brand mixer there is a paddle attachment. I haven't tried yet to see if the whisk attachment on this machine at a low setting will work just as well as a paddle attachment, but I don't see why not. Haven't tried the dough hook yet. Great buy! I highly recommend it. It's truly an all in one appliance that I leave on my counter all the time. No need for any other mixers or food processors. It does everything!It's made life so easy, I now bake cakes at the same time as using the oven for a Sunday roast. The tools are really good and easy to clean. Neat storage of frequently used items in the base of the unit. Having only had a blender and mixer previously I was a little unsure of what to use, when and for how long. A basic cook book for new owns would be a bonus. However having made cakes, soups, pizza bases and bread I am loving this processor.

However the blender knife went rusty in the middle around 2 weeks after purchasing it, we returned it and got another one, but the same happened again and returned that one too, so now we're hunting for another make.It looks good as well. The only thing wrong about it is the instruction manual and cookery recipes. It takes a little time to work out all the implements that come with it and for someone just starting out to cook or bake the recipes are very, very limited and I think that Bosch should take note of this and I may yet write to Bosch on this point.
